Shilpi Mittal, MD – Medical Director
Dr. Mittal received her medical degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College
in India. She completed a Medical Internship at St. John Medical Center in Detroit,
Michigan, and her residency in Family Practice at the Goppert Family Practice, Baptist-Lutheran
Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri. Dr. Mittal is Board Certified in Family
Practice and is a member of the American Academy of Family Medicine, the American
Medical Association, and Southwest Clinical Society of Family Physicians. She has
worked for a large outpatient practice in Missouri where she also held a faculty
position teaching new physicians. Dr. Mittal was born in India and immigrated to
the United States. Although she lived in Missouri she got to Texas as soon as she
could! She is married with 2 wonderful sons and enjoys reading, traveling and gardening.
