1. Please book a Televisit Appointment if you feel like you have symptoms of COVID-19 before coming into the clinic.
2. We are following the CDC guidelines for treating and managing potential COVID 19 exposures. As the guidelines change, so will our testing policies. Currently, only those who have travelled to certain countries or have had exposure through a KNOWN positive person will be tested. If you believe this is you, call us at 972-564-0044 for further instruction.
3. Our amazing patient greeters have always been diligent in keeping the waiting room sanitized and having masks available to use. If you see any areas that are of concern, please let us know right away and we will work to have all areas sanitized and cleaned.
4. We have an online check in to reduce wait times. Care United also has the ability to text patients when they are ready to be seen. You may choose to wait in your car to decrease your risk of exposure.
